A New Wine Pairing Experience
We at the Plymouth Hotel and our good friends at Le Mulet Rouge enjoy great food, wine and music! A common belief is that Asian food and wine don’t mix. We are here to challenge that notion and showcase how extraordinary the experience can be. We would love for you to join us for a different approach to a wine dinner featuring food stations paired with LMR wine.
In true Plymouth Hotel fashion, we want you to have fun with your friends and family while eating and drinking! The event will be in our Courtyard encouraging you to mix and mingle and experience the food and wine differently. We want you to chat with people, including the fabulous team behind Le Mulet Rouge wines, and enjoy the atmosphere and company while tantalizing and elevating your appreciation of food and wine pairings.
You'll learn about the wines, the food, talk to interesting people, and listen to the fabulous She Calls Him Wilson!
The Menu features the Asian-inspired flavors from the Plymouth Hotel's beloved Boss Lady that will challenge the traditions of wine and food pairings with wine from Le Mulet Rouge:

A delightful trio of fresh salad tasters nestled in crunchy Chinese prawn crackers
Paired with 2018 Estate Viognier
Chinese barbeque pork, sliced cucumber and green onion garnish served on bao buns
Paired with 2017 Tempranillo
Shaking Beef tenderloin served with rice over a bed of watercress with a side of spicy lime sauce
Paired with 2016 Artisan – a blend of Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Malbec
Breaking all the rules - we are serving a surprise dessert with the 2021 Estate Syrah Rosé - a surprise pairing worth waiting for!
Tickets are $85 per person - It's really going to be an evening worth attending.
